Actress Afsana Mimi made director of BD Shilpakala Academy

Renowned actress Afsana Mimi has been made the director of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy.

The government has appointed her for this post for three years.

The actress informed that she signed the contract on November 11.

“I have spent most of my life on stage and always think about the development of it. I’m very grateful to the government for giving me the opportunity and also am very happy,” Afsana Mimi said.

The noted actress gained immense fame in the 90’s for her acting in television.
