Woman dead after truck and car collide in Sydney

A woman has died after a truck and car crashed in Sydney’s Inner South.
The crash took place at the intersection of Bourke Street and Coward Street in Mascot at about 12.30pm.
Phone vision of the scene showed ambulances, police and firefighters on site.
Ambulance NSW told nine.com.au their crews had been attending to a middle-aged woman in a critical condition.
She had been trapped in the car for a short time after the crash.
NSW Police confirmed she died at the scene.
The truck driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital for mandatory testing. Police are investigating, and drivers are urged to avoid the area. Source: 9news
