Hailey Price was last seen leaving a home on Bellevue Street in Newcastle on the morning of Wednesday, December 23.
She has not been seen since.
Newcastle City Police have conducted extensive inquiries into her whereabouts and have concerns for her welfare.
Hailey is described as being of Caucasian appearance, around 160cm tall, with long brown hair and a slim build.
