SC to hold physical hearing from Dec 1

The Supreme Court decided to hold hearings
through physical appearance of all the concerned parties from December 1.

Supreme Court administration issued a notification today in this regard.
Signed by Supreme Court Registrar General Md Ali Akbar, the notification said
the chief justice took the decision after consulting the matter with the
senior judges of the apex court.

Hearings will be held at both divisions of the Supreme Court from
December 1, by strictly following the health safety guideline, the
notification added.
