DU halls remain open; classes go online

However, residential halls of the DU will remain open while administrative offices to a limited extent to resolve the session jam.
The DU Vice-Chancellor Dr Md Akhteruzzaman confirmed the matter on Friday noon.
Abiding by the national decision, the DU will also remain closed till February 8, said VC Akhteruzzaman.
“Our students should be safe wherever they are and follow the hygiene rules,” he added.
Earlier, The Cabinet Division issued a notification mentioning six directives including closure of all schools, and colleges till February 6.
