Directors of Suhrawardy Hospital, IPH made OSD

Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College Hospital acting director Uttam Kumar Barua and Institute of Public Health director Abdur Rahim have been made officer on special duty.
The health ministry issued a notice in this regard on Tuesday.
The ministry had found that Uttam was involved in corruption of over Tk 6 crore in purchase at the hospital.
Abdur Rahim had issued a notice on Wednesday last to follow Islamic dress code to the IPH officials which led the ministry to issue a notice to him explaining his authority to issue such an order.
