COVID-19 claims 36 more die, 1,892 in Bangladesh

Bangladesh Desk: Bangladesh recorded an additional 36 deaths from COVID-19 and 1,892 infections in the past 24 hours on Tuesday, counting the death toll to 4,552 and infections to 3,29,251.
Among the diseased, 19were male and 17 were female patients.
A Directorate General of Health Services press release came up with the latest COVID-19 data.
Some 14,973 specimens were tested at 94 labs across the country in the past 24 hours.
Bangladesh had tested a total of 16,59,697 specimens as of September 9.
A total of 3,236 patients were declared free from novel coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours totalling the recovery to 2,27,809.
Bangladesh on March 8 reported the first COVID-19 positive cases while the first death was logged ten days later on March 18.
