Body of 17-yr-old domestic worker recovered from Dhaka’s Green Road

Bangladesh desk: Police have recovered the body of a 17-year-old female domestic worker from a flat of the capital’s Green Road last night.
The girl hails from Kishoreganj, said police.
The residents of the flat where the girl had worked for three years claimed she died by suicide, the SI said.
After news of the death spread, hundreds of domestic workers of area gathered in front of the building and demonstrated for two-and-a-half hours saying the girl was murdered, according to witnesses.
When police took the body away, the demonstrators left, witnesses said.
