Bangladesh Covid-19: 61 more deaths; 1,743 new cases

Bangladesh has registered 61 deaths from Covid-19 in the 24 hours to Saturday morning.
With the latest development, the total number of deaths reached 26,493 in the country.
With 1,743 people testing positive over the same period, the number of total infections rose to 1,512,026. Daily infection rate stands at 9.82%
The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) revealed the latest figures on Covid-19 in the country with a press release on Saturday.
