Turkish national held in Dhaka for cloning ATM cards

Dhaka Metropolitan Police’s Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime unit on Wednesday said that they had arrested Turkish national Hakan Zanburkan, 55, and a Bangladesh national on charge of cloning ATM cards and attempts to heist money from booths in Bangladesh.
CTTC chief and additional commissioner Md Asaduzzaman said that he was arrested at Gulshan in Dhaka. He said that the Turkish national visited a number of countries and was arrested in India in 2019.
He fled India and moved to Nepal.
A case was filed with Paltan police station against him and others, the police officials said.
