Bangladesh national shot to death by BSF near Kurigram border

A Bangladeshi youth was shot to death allegedly by the Indian Border Security Force along the Pakhiura border under Narayanpur union of Nageshwari upazila in Kurigram early Thursday
The deceased was identified as Md Chabli, a cattle trader and a resident of Pakhiura.
Kochkata police officer-in-charge Mamunur Rashid, quoting local people, told New Age that BSF members shot the victim while he was trying to cross the border for bringing cattle at about 1:00am.
Chabli died on the spot and his associates recovered the body, the OC said.
