The accused are Babul Akhter, Kamrul Sikder Musa, Ehteshamul Huq Bhola, Mohammad Wasim, Mohammad Anwar, Mohammad Shahjahan, Mohammad Saju and Mohammad Kalu.

Mosharraf Hossain alleged that the accused killed his daughter according to a plan hatched by Babul.

“Following the murder of my daughter, Babul came to my house and stayed there,” he said.
