151-member committee of National Citizen Party

The announcement was made during the party’s unveiling ceremony on Friday evening at Manik Mia Avenue in Dhaka.
The event was attended by prominent figures, including Mim Akter, the sister of July mass uprising martyr Ismail Hossain Rabby, who revealed the names of the convener and member secretary.
The joint conveners include Nusrat Tabassum, Monira Sharmin, Mahbub Alam, Sarwar Tushar, Mujahidul Islam Shahin, Tasnuva Zebin, Sultan Mohammad Zakaria, Atiq Mujahid, Ashraf Uddin Mahadi, Arpita Shyama Deba, Tanzil Mahmud, Anik Roy, Khaled Saifullah, Javed Nasim, Ehtesham Haque, and Hasan Ali. The joint member secretaries are Abdullah Al Amin, Arif Sohail, Rashidul Islam Rifat, Mahin Sarkar, Nizam Uddin, Akram Hossain CF, SM Saif Mostafiz, and Saleh Uddin Sifat.
The committee also features office bearers such as Alauddin Mohammad, Farid Uddin, Farhad Alam Bhuiyan, Miraj Mia, Lutfar Rahman, Moinul Islam Tuhin, Mushfiq-us-Salehin, Zahidul Islam, Touhidul Islam Musa, Humayra Noor, Mushfiqur Rahman Jovan, Molla Mohammad Faruq Ehsan, Sagufta Bushra Mishma, Ahanaf Saeed Khan, Abu Saeed Mohammad Sujauddin, Mir Arshadul Haque, Faisal Mahmud Shanto, Tarek Reza, Moshiur Rahman, Zainal Abedin Shishir, Muntasir Rahman, Gazi Salahuddin Tanvir, Tamim Ahmed, and Tahsin Riaz.
For the southern region, joint chief organizers include Mohammad Ataullah, Dr. Mahmuda Mitu, Molla Rahmatullah, SM Shahriar, and Zobair Arif. For the northern region, joint chief organizers are Saifullah Haider, Ali Naser Khan, Sakib Mahadi, Major (Retd.) Abdullah Al Mahmud, Sadia Farzana Dina, Olik Mri, and Hanif Khan Sajib.
The joint chief coordinators include Tariqul Islam, while the youth wing features Dr. Abdul Ahad, Dilshana Parul, Abu Hanif, Abdul Zahir, Mazharul Islam Fakir, Golam Murtaza Selim, Ashekin Alam, Dr. Zahidul Bari, Kailash Chandra Das, Dimpali David Raju, Shah Moinuddin, and Saddam Hossen.
Akhtar Hossain, the member secretary, stated that the full convening committee would be announced through a press release. He emphasized the party’s commitment to realizing the dreams of the youth and ensuring justice for those responsible for past atrocities. “We urge everyone to pray for the youth who have taken on this responsibility. We hope to establish a new constitution and hold a constituent assembly election to shape the future of Bangladesh,” he said.
The event began at 4:15 PM with recitations from the Holy Quran, Gita, Tripitaka, and Bible, followed by the national anthem. A minute of silence was observed in memory of the martyrs of the July mass uprising. The National Citizen Party aims to bring about a new political era in Bangladesh, driven by the aspirations of the younger generation.
