DSCC terminates 31 employees

Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) has terminated 31 employees from their jobs on corruption charges.

An official order issued by DSCC Secretary Akramuzzaman, confirmed the matter on Tuesday.

Md. Selim Khan was the Deputy Tax Officer in Zone-5 of the South City. He was, later, attached to the secretary’s office as the personal assistant because of various allegations of corruption against him.

Besides, 16 more employees of Revenue department and 14 of the Skilled workers and waste management department have been terminated.
